This website is operated by PF2 (also referred to as "PF2," "the PF2 System," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting this site, creating an account, or purchasing any product or subscription from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of PF2's products to trade or receive trading signals is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Use of Services

You agree not to use the website, products, or any associated Discord, Telegram, or communication channels for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

You agree not to share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to any PF2 product, script, signal feed, or community channel without our express written permission. Access is personal to the account holder and tied to an active, paid subscription.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend or terminate access, or limit use of the Services at any time, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

PF2 products are offered on a recurring subscription basis (currently including PF2-PROP, PF2-LIVE, and available add-ons). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refunds are issued for early cancellation.

Access to invite-only scripts, signal channels, and Discord/Telegram communities is granted only for the duration of an active, paid subscription and is automatically revoked upon cancellation, non-payment, or refund.

4. Digital Products and Delivery

All products sold are digital products delivered electronically, including but not limited to TradingView indicator access, automation setup guidance, and trading signal delivery via Discord and Telegram.

You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your own devices, software, brokerage or prop firm platform, and internet connection prior to purchase. PF2 does not guarantee compatibility with any specific third-party platform, broker, or account type.

Signal and alert delivery depends on third-party platforms (including but not limited to TradingView, Discord, Telegram, and any connected broker automation service) that PF2 does not own or control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, timing, or accuracy of any signal, and are not responsible for delays, outages, or failures originating from these third-party services.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading futures, forex, equities, and cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You can lose more than your initial investment. Only use capital you can afford to lose in full.

PF2's indicators, automation tools, signals, and related content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided through the Services constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and for compliance with any prop firm or broker rules applicable to your account.

Use of the Services does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and PF2. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making trading or investment decisions.

6. Hypothetical, Simulated, and Individual Results

Backtested and simulated performance results shown on this site, in our tools, or in our communications have inherent limitations and do not reflect actual trading. Simulated results are prepared with the benefit of hindsight and may not fully account for factors such as market liquidity, slippage, order execution differences, or the psychological impact of trading real capital. No representation is made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve results similar to those shown.

Results, screenshots, or testimonials shared on this website, in our Discord or Telegram communities, on social media, or in email communications reflect individual experiences under specific conditions and are not typical. They are not a promise, guarantee, or reliable indicator of results any other user will achieve.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Trademarks

PF2's products are designed to operate on or alongside third-party platforms, including but not limited to TradingView, PickMyTrade, ProjectX, and various brokers and prop trading firms. All related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. PF2 is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies; references to them describe compatibility only.

PF2 does not control, and is not responsible for, the performance, availability, security, pricing, or policies of any third-party platform, broker, or prop firm, including any changes those parties make that affect the functioning of PF2 products.

8. Refunds

Refunds are only available within 7 days of your initial purchase or the start of a new subscription. This 7-day window applies once per customer and does not reset with each recurring billing cycle. After 7 days from initial purchase, all charges are final, including subsequent recurring billing periods.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, products, branding, software, scripts, materials, and digital assets provided through the Services are owned by PF2 or its licensors and may not be copied, decompiled, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or reproduced without our express written permission.

Invite-only scripts are licensed for your personal use on your own trading account(s) only and may not be shared, transferred, or used to provide services to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PF2, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or trading-related damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or account restrictions or terminations imposed by any broker or prop firm — arising from your use of the Services or products, whether based on the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided, or otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this website, with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
